I think the knitted jeans jacket was approved by Leo. At least I´m certain he understands that I've finally knitted somthing for him too.

The jacket is knitted in Rowan Denim. I followed the pattern for 2-3 year and even if it took some time to complete it it suits him well now. The finishing and fiddling with pockets, button bands and the collar was the most time consuming part of this project.

The metallic buttons are from Mattsons Band and are sewn on using old inherited cotton sewing thread from grandmothers brother. It was the dark thread which looked the strongest in my sewing box. I sense that in old times they put more effort into quality and such I believe this will hold well.

Hade egentligen en idé om att börja sticka på Indigo Ripples Skirt efter det här, men nu vill jag inte sticka med Rowan Denim på ett tag. Variation är verkligen mer inspirerande. Så jag skjuter lite på det projektet.
I actually had the idea that I would start knitting on the Indigo Ripples Skirt after this, but now I don't want to knit with Rowan Denim for a while. Variation really is more inspiring. So I will put off this project for a while.
