There's a flu thing going on in the office. This Monday and Tuesday I stayed at home with sinusitis like symptoms. The rest of the week I lived in my selfmade knitted garments. On Wednesday I snuggled myself in my Aisilin, on Thursday the moss coloured Candle Flame was warming my shoulders securied with my new nice shawl pin over my shoulders, and on Friday I wore the birch leaves green Birch knotted over my shoulders. How great it is to be a knitter! My latest knitting project in KSH on needles 3.5 is not going in the speed of light though. But it's smooth knitting. And it's enjoyful to see the delicate beautiful "fabric" which is produced.
I soo much want to knit lace. Perhaps a shawl or a lace top och something else. It was a while ago since I did something lacy. I'm thinking of joining Erika's suggested summer lace Kint-ALong. My long for lace knitting made me order Victorian Lace Today the other day. Another enjoyful book by Tessa Kiros, Apples for jam, was also in the post package. Great reading!
Kikar in på etsy nästan varje dag.
I peak into etsy almost every day. Want this gorgeous pencil case from yorktownroad, and everything else in her shop actially. In my search to replace my old worn-out hand bag I have ogled at crejzi bags over at coterie - lucious- but perhaps not the most practical working hand bags. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to fill my home with ceramics from Element Clay studio's - uh, if it wasn't for my careless little lovely beings here at home. A jewellery tree by timothy adam designs is however definitely something I need.
