During November there's been a variety of apples to choose among in the grocery stores, which has inspired me a lot in the kitchen. Have for example made a few rounds of appelpies with different kinds of apples according to same recipe I used for the blue berry pies, in September (from my mothers old cooking book from school).

This is truly a favourite dessert pie which definitely can enhance a cold autumn evening. I make the dough without sugar, I have it only on the apples as well as some cinnamon. I still laborate with the thickness of pie bottom. Think I will make it thinner next time.
