I improvised Fish 'n' Chips, like my father used to make it.
I learned the following:
- Deep-fry the potatoes first.
- It was good to deep-fry in rape oil on maximum temperature.
- Use also egg in the codfish coating, not only flour, ground white pepper and salt.
- It was right to squeeze some lemon on the fish to get the right cypriot touch.
